NDP Agency | Richmond, Virginia
Challenged by a constrictive workspace that made collaboration difficult, fast-growing ad agency NDP was moving to a new space, and it wanted a more open work environment for its employees. The solution emphasized ample, accessible huddle rooms and creative use of gathering spaces that leveraged the natural charm of NDP’s expansive new space: a historic property in Richmond, Virginia’s revitalized Scott’s Addition neighborhood. Historic preservation and planning reviews were factored into the overall design to conserve the building’s character and maximize tax advantages.
